Escapements are custom designed and manufactured to meet the exact requirements of the installation.
BOWL FEEDER
VIBRATORY BOWL FEEDERS ARE AVAILABLE FOR CLOCKWISE OR ANTI-CLOCKWISE FEEDING. MODEL RANGE FROM PF & DF TYPES ARE ADAPTABLE TO CYLINDRICAL, CONE OR STEP BOWL. VIBRATION AT 50 Hz (3000 OR 6000 VPM) OR 60Hz (3600 OR 7200 VPM) ARE BOTH AVAILABLE.
SMALL BOWL
Aluminium machining bowl and jig excapement SPECIALLY OFOR SEMICONDUCTOR PRODUCTS SUCH AS SOT 23 PRECISION IC CHIP.
LINEAR FEEDER
THE LINEAR FEEDER ARE A USEFUL ADDITION TO THE BOWL FEEDERS. THE TRANSFER OF ORIENTED PARTS IS NO LONGER DEPENDENT ON A GRAVITY TRACK AS THE LINEAR FEEDER PROVIDES THE VIBRATING FORCE ASSURING CONTINUOUS FLOW OVER A HORIZONTAL DISTANCES. THEY ALSO CREATE BUFFER STORAGE OF IRREGULAR ORIENTED COMPONENTS AND ASSIST IN KEEPING YOUR PRODUCTION FLOWING.
HOPPER FEEDER
FEED HOPPER ARE RECOMMENDED TO ACCOMPLISH TWO PURPOSES. FIRST, TO PROVIDE AMPLE STORAGE OF PARTS AND TO REDUCE FREQUENT MANUAL LOADING. SECOND, TO CONTAIN PARTS TO ELIMINATE UNDERFEEDING AND PREVENT OVER-FEEDING SO THAT PARTS DO NOT INTERFERE WITH THE ORIENTING OPERATIONS WITHIN THE BOWL.
CONTROLLER
FEED CONTROLLER MAY BE USED WITH ALL FEED BOWL AND LINEAR FEEDER. MAIN VOLTAGE IS NORMALLY 220V; 50 OR 60 CYCLES. THESE CONTROLLERS ARE AVAILABLE ALSO FOR 110V MAINS SUPPLY - SINGLE PHASE.
SOUND ENCLOSURE
CAPABLE OF REDUCING NOISE LEVELS OF PARTS FEEDERS, ARE AVAILABLE EITHER IN SINGLE OR TWIN BOWL SIZES. NOISE LEVELS NI VIBRATORY PARTS FEEDERS WILL BE REDUCED TO AS MUCH AS 25 DECIBELS.
URETHANE COATING
REDUCE NOISE AND ANTI OIL. REDUCE FRICTION BETWEEN COMPONENT & BOWL SURFACE.
